We are seeking experience or new real estate licensed agents to work as a team and service our office in Sunnyside. We serve Queens and have a large inventory of apartments for rent and houses for sale, have long-standing relationships with landlords and management companies that we work with. We provide all the tools and marketing budget to advertise our listings and keep that phone ringing!!! High splits provided top earning potential, you are not alone and just given a desk and a chair to figure it out. You will have clients and listings now...start working, day one!
We have experience and will share our knowledge, energy and contacts with you to ensure our success. The accepted candidate should possess the following:
- NYS real estate salesperson or broker’s license
- if you are still in school or intend to go we sponsor your license
- own car
- bi-lingual (a plus)
- knowledge of the Queens areas
- be a people person (we give friendly service)
- ability to work with the PC and internet
- ability to be pro-active
- ability to multi-task
- be a team player
- have fun while working
